I have started a wiki topic of the meeting here:

I have added a few names to the confirmed list...so that I can start
counting the pizza requirements. Respond to the list or put you name on
that page so that we have enough food. Also, if you can offer a short
presentation that would be helpful also.

For the benefit of us out of towners, once the time and location is
hammered out can someone post to the wiki?

 

Then I can link to the wiki and post on the Ottawa mailing list for
those of us planning to attend.

 

Or at least post the Location and maybe some general Landmarks from the
conference centre
