[OSGeo-China] OSGeo中国中心文档翻译

[Bu Kun]

各位，最近想把 OSGeo 中国中心维护的地理信息与Python 相关的一些翻译文档进行版本的更新与补充。翻译的工作量很大，实际上现在还有很多的地方一直没有校对。 想问一下有没有想参加这项事情的，做点公益性的工作。
