[OSGeo-Women] Gender statistics

Hi all,

talking today with Arnulf at Bolsena code sprint, we found interesting
to know about gender ratio at the OSGeo events and in the hosted
projects. I'm especially curious about trends and find motivations about
any difference. 
What do you think?
