#48: qgis.bat uses PATH assumptions -- won't start up

 I have OSGeo4W installed in a non-default location C:\gnu\OSGeo4W

 As of the latest QGIS update, I cannot open QGIS normally (e.g., from the
 Start Menu) since qgis.bat uses assumptions with the installation
 directory:
 {{{
 SET OSGEO4W_ROOT=C:\OSGeo4W
 }}}
 this path is not correct for my setup. This is an easy fix for me, but not
 an "out of box" solution for others.

 (Last one for today Frank :)
