[osgeo4w-dev] liblas 1.6.0-1 python bindings - missing MSVCR100.dll

Hi all,

Probably a very simple question and I'm doing something incorrectly.  I'm trying to install liblas packages into my OSGeo4W setup, including:

  liblas
  liblas-devel
  liblas-python

The install goes perfectly, but when trying to import liblas with an OSGeo4W shell, it reports that MSVCR100.dll is missing.  I've verified that this DLL is not in the osgeo4w\bin folder, nor elsewhere on my system.

Should this DLL get installed as part of the liblas installation or do I need to go out and get it?  If this is more appropriately directed to the liblas listserv, please let me know.
