[osgeo4w-dev] apt 0.3-1 test release

Hi Folks,

I've uploaded a new apt.exe release, so far only in testing.To install or
upgrade use  "setup-test.bat" to use regular installer and/or apt itself.
For the latter:

Download test ini:

wget http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/x86/setup_test.ini

Run:
apt -i setup_test.ini new

...which should report:

The following packages are newer than the installed version:
apt                 0.3-1

Then run:

apt -i setup_test.ini upgrade

Which should emit:

Fetching http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/x86/release/apt/apt-0.3-1.tar.bz2
...100%  D:/xxxxx//var/cache/setup/http%3a%2f%2fdownload.osgeo.org
%2fosgeo4w/x86/release/apt/apt-0.3-1.tar.bz2

e6f900c62b4cbee1c4092e1d1d8244d1  apt-0.3-1.tar.bz2 - remote
e6f900c62b4cbee1c4092e1d1d8244d1  apt-0.3-1.tar.bz2 - local
preparing to replace apt 0.0-8
removed: D:\xxxxx\bin\apt.bat
removed: D:\xxxxx\bin\apt-dev.py
removed: D:\xxxxx\bin\apt-r1193M.exe
warning: D:\xxxxx\etc\postinstall\apt.bat no such file
installing apt 0.3-1

You might need to manually delete "D:\xxxxx\bin\apt.exe"

If upgrade is successful it should report "-={ 2015-03.dev }=-" when
executed.
