 In OSGeo4W 32bit `lasinfo` fails with "No gdal18.dll available". To my
 knowledge there is no `gdal18dll` package in OSGeo4W32. Even when
 `gdal18.dll` is available than `lasinfo` fails "No procedure free_defaults
 in LIBMYSQL.DLL". Las package seems to be completely broken.
