 The [https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/pkg-proj PROJ] package does not
 currently include [https://github.com/OSGeo/proj.4/tree/master/jniwrap
 Java bindings].

 It could maybe be packaged like the existing
 [https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/pkg-gdal-java pkg-gdal-java].
