[osgeo4w-dev] timeline to proj 7 as default in OSGeo4W

the question is related to 

[Feat] PROJ 7.0.0 released - check for adaption in (win)GRASS

check for needed adaptions in (win)GRASS; e.g. which PROJ-data package
should be included in standalone installers, etc.

PROJ 7.0.0 will be a big break how PROJ, projections and grids are handled.

is there any timeline for proj 7 in OSGeo4W?

should we prepare a coordinated timeline for a switch in a mid/long term?
