 The python3-autopep8 package is available at
 https://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/v2/x86_64/release/python3/python3-autopep8/
 but it is not listed in setup.ini, so it is not possible to install it
 using Setup.

 Such package is needed in order to enable the Reforma Code functionality
 in QGIS dev and in the upcoming QGIS 3.32. AFAIK the other Python modules
 needed for such functionality are black and isort.
