I have added Nitro [1] and PDAL [2] packages, and I will be doing my best to maintain them for the foreseeable future. PDAL is my library for manipulating point cloud data, and it is very much the conceptual cousin GDAL except for point cloud data. It's kind of a giant box of not-well-documented stuff at this point, but it is continuing to progress toward being moderately useful.<br>

The Nitro package is based on my fork at <a href="http://github.com/hobu/nitro" target="_blank">http://github.com/hobu/nitro</a> which exports the API to a DLL to satisfy the LGPL linking requirement. PDAL uses this to be able to write NITF-wrapped LAS files. They are the atrocity against nature that you might think they are ....<br>
