Downloads the old installer and runs it:<br>

-s <a href="http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/v1" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/v1</a> tells it to install from where the old repo reside now (originally was one level up w/o v1),<br>
-O to only use that repo,<br>
-k to silently accepts the license agreements,<br>
-q to let it run unattentend and<br>
-P qgis to install qgis (and deps).<br>
