 on windows Vista/Seven the gdal_GRASS.dll causes gdal .exe utilities to
 not work correctly. Deleting the file manually is a workaround on qgis-dev
 where the GRASS plugin has a new provider for rasters so it probably won't
 work on qgis 1.4.
