 o-help.bat from [[pkg-shell]] is unaware of the gdal16 or gdal17 packages,
 or any other package under ./apps which might add directories to path.
 Consequently o-help is not as helpful as it could be.

 It would be relatively straight forward to add IF..EXIST tests for
 apps/gdal16. Perhaps a more generalised algorithm could be devised to
 automatically search anything in %path% under %osgeo4w_root% without too
 much work?
