#215: ERDAS updates its ecw SDK causing applications to crash when it comes to
ECW imagery

 In the past hours ERDAS updated its ecw SDK:

 new installer name

 new installer password (that is always the same)

 new size of the redistributable dlls


 This causes -for example- QGIS to crash:

 install qgis/osgeo4w

 add the gdal-ecw connector

 copy the redistributable libraries to system32

 try add a ecw image -> crash


 If the dlls are replaced with the ones available until a couple of days
 go, no problems.
