 I prepare a new package compiled from source.
 I apply the suggested options:
 _LARGE_FILE=1
 _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64
 _LARGEFILE_SOURCE=1

 In my compile , I notice the static library (sqlite.lib) is bigger than
 previous version.
