 gdal 1.9.2-2 crashes with gdal-ecw 1.9.1-0.
 gdal-ecw needs rebuild probably due to the upgrade in version of MSVC used
 to build gdal 1.9.2-2.
 Moreover gdal-ecw 1.9.1-0 is listed as obsolete in OSGeo4W Setup.
