 Recently, the qgis-rel-dev package doesn't have GRASS support anymore when
 launching the qgis-rel-dev-g7.2.1 launcher or from the start menu.

 As of writing I have installed (64-bit):
 qgis-rel-dev 2.18.7-15 /
 grass 7.2.1-1 /
 gdal 2.1.3-2

 GRASS Plugin isn't listed in plugin manager, and grass projects in the
 browser from within qgis are shown as folders instead of the grass icon.
