 If 'qgis-dev' has been started first, a following start of 'qgis' raises a
 `Couldn't load plugin 'processing' ` error due to broken GDAL pathes (see
 below).

 This isse was initially reported to
 https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/50890
