NPO法人オープンコンシェルジュの土屋と申します。

オープンコンシェルジュも複数のFOSS4Gツールを組み合わせたシステムの構築を目指しております。NPO法人なので、お探しの事例に該当するのかは分かりません。また、まだ12月にNPO登録されたばかりの若い団体ですので、ご紹介出来る業績がないのが残念です。
