## ライセンス変更をめぐる話題 <br>
<p>数年前、大手クラウドサービスと、オープンコア戦略をとっていたテック企業との<br>
ライセンスをめぐるニュースありました。</p>
テック企業は、大手クラウドサービスを批判して制限のあるライセンスに変更しました。<br>

クラウドサービス側は、そのようなテック企業が、以前に、<br>
OSSライセンスで公開していたソフトウエアについて、<br>
別名のOSSとしてその当時のコードを公開する、<br>
ということをおこなっています。</p>
<p>## 契約時=資材取得時に できることがきまる</p>
<p>正当に取得した 資材を、そのときのライセンス文にしたがって利用できます。</p>
<p>大手クラウドサービスは、テック企業がライセンス変更前の<br>
資材をもとにプロジェクトを開始しています。</p>

<p>わたしたちが大好きなPostgreSQLは、むかしはBSDライセンスだったのが、<br>
PostgreSQLライセンスに変更したことがありましたね。<br>
