Yes, you are right, for projects that have a quickstart, the testing
steps can just say:<br>
"Run the Quickstart". This was the original idea, but I can see that we
have been sloppy in defining that. (I'll endevour to do better on the
next release).<br>

a lot of the app tests are failing because the test instructions are
out of date. looking for medford database, old sample data paths, etc.
when in fact the program is ok. please make sure the test instructions
