applications) with Angelos in our last weekly meeting, and we
agreed that i3Geo would be a valuable contribution to OSGeo-Live.<br>
So I'd like to officially propose that i3Geo be included in
OSGeo-Live:<br>

this proposal as passed and that you can start including i3Geo on
OSGeo-Live. The only caveat I'll add is that we will need to find

Thanks for your application. I've read through it, and it seems
that i3Geo does indeed fit all the criteria we are looking for
for an osgeolive application.<br>

One thing I am noticing is the number of open source geospatial
portal applications that are appearing, which I will discuss in
another email thread, as I think it is applicable to i3Geo (and
other applications).<br>

After release of a version, the bugs are fixed and the
solution distributed in packages of services that can be

The software had a significant change in architecture in 2010.
This date can be consider the maturity date of the actual
i3Geo, however, the software was available as GPL in 2006 and
joined the Brazilian Public Software Portal in 2007. To be in
Software Publico Brazil, had to approved several require and
be considered a stable software. So you can consider i3Geo
like a stable software since 2007.<br>

applications that people can use rather than libraries. Does
the application have a user interface (possibly a command line
interface) that a user can interact with? (We do make an

updated by someone for each OSGeo-Live release. Also test that
