Discussed new roadmap items:
-update on Jetty version
-initial vector tile support
-timeseries support
-frontend stack modenization

Also one new OIP (Oskari Improvement Proposal was made) regarding how layer
permissions are handled.

Also new Oskari release is coming up quite soon, so be prepared :)

*It was also decided that the official channel for Oskari tech discussions
is this mailing list!* PSC members remember to subscribe this list!

We want to also test Gitter in instant messaging, since it is totally open:
https://gitter.im/oskariorg/chat and we shall probably abandon Slack since
there has been no discussion for the past months anyway. You do not need to
sign in to Gitter to see the chat, but if you want to participate the
discussion, you need to sign in with your  Gitlab/ GitHub / Twitter account.
