[Ottawa_users] FOSS4G 2014 Bid - Javed

Hi Christy,

   Three people attended (I wasn't able to) but I don't think this was
discussed.

   Andrew mentioned it will be better if one of the executive members write
the letter of support. Since Fabien is not available would you be able to
do it, Christy?
