[Ottawa_users] Meetup - November 20

Hi Fabien,

I had not joined the mailing list last month, I just went with the meetup
date on the wiki.

Knowing better this month I did today, but I would suggest making it more
clear on the wiki that the meetings can be cancelled at the last minute
and/or having a meeting happening or not status for each date for potential
newcomers :)

I'll be happy to meet up with you guys tomorrow, as I missed the chance to
talk with you guys at Vision Geomatique last week... (We had a booth, not
sure if any of you dropped by)
