<BR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">> late afternoon of the first day of FOSS4G, following the workshops. I </FONT></SPAN>
<BR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">> invite you, or someone else from your group if you are not attending, </FONT></SPAN>
<BR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">> to talk for a few minutes about progress on your OSGeo Local Chapter. </FONT></SPAN>
<BR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">> Not only would it be great to hear about your status/plans, but it is </FONT></SPAN>
