FYI I have granted Kyle svn access.

Kyle: branch is https://owslib.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/owslib/branches/kyle-github/, trunk is https://owslib.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/owslib/trunk/ (be sure to be current to trunk in the branch).

Once the branch is stabilized, we can more ahead with integration into trunk.
