[owslib-users] OWSLib 0.5.0 released

The OWSLib team announces the release of OWSLib 0.5.0. 

OWSLib is a Python package for client programming with Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) web service (hence OWS) interface standards, and their related content models.

- Support for the following parsers:
 - WPS 1.0.0
 - WFS 1.1.0
 - CRS handling
  - URNs
  - URIs
  - EPSG:xxxx style
- etree.py looks for lxml.etree first now
- catch WMS service exceptions on GetCapabilities
- CSW exceptions are now Pythonic

Testers and developers are welcome.
