[Pacific] SIEA GIS Server, Web Mapping withLizmap and Updates

Hi guys,

Just want to touch base on progress of Open Source initiative in the
Pacific Islands with latest updates.

On that note I would like to congratulate the SIEA GIS Team, Gordon
and the gang for further developing their QGIS server with Lizmap
web-client for WFS-T capability.

Appreciate your comments Gordon in any challenges and the success
story so I can update our Pacific Islands Chapter page on OSGeo.
