[pdal] help - Compilation success :)

Yeh I start to instance all Stages and filters by using 
pdal::stagefactory::createReader,pdal::stagefactory::createFilter, or 
pdal::stagefactory::createWriter, but it's not working with empty 
options (even crashing).
