FYI.  Recall this issue was uncovered at the recent code sprint.  We've
currently got a work-around in place... but the Boost Boys are on the job!

Comment:

 Confirmed. This is due to a compiler bug in msvc which allows ctor
 template to be used as copy constructors. The problem has been worked
 around on trunk (commit [77417]), and will be merged to release as soon as
 the tests cycle. Thanks.
