That's weird. For some reason you're building/mixing 32-bit mode code. This must be the root of your issues.

I think the Vagrant config has only ever been tested/used on 64bit. Are you by chance running 32bit Vagrant/Virtualbox? Or did Vagrant somehow use the 32bit Ubuntu box?
