[pdal] PDAL Vagrant/VirtualBox Install Failed at points2grid

Hi Howard,

I moved to another Mac where this time I was able to get vagrant to load  a 64 bit box and this time things advanced much further along to the point of appearing to even load the st helens data at which point it appears to fail reading points?
