[pgpointcloud] Building on Alpine Linux

Hi!

We use a docker image of 3dcitydb that is based on Alpine Linux. Now we want to add pgpointcloud to our image, but it won't build. I've created an issue in github with a possible fix: https://github.com/pgpointcloud/pointcloud/issues/277. We would really appreciate if someone involved in the development of pgpointcloud could take a look on it.
