[pgrouting-dev] DARP Example

Hi,

To run DARP you need to have:
- vehicle table, containing capacity information;
- orders table (size, from/to coordinates and time windows);
- distance matrix between orders;

If you have such data, it is quite easy to organize it in way which is
suitable for DARP.
