[pgrouting-dev] Website & workshop on Github Pages

Until yesterday I didn't know how easy it is to host the Sphinx generated
pgRouting website and workshop with Github Pages:

   - http://pgrouting.org
   - http://workshop.pgrouting.org

The repositories are

   - https://github.com/pgRouting/website
   - https://github.com/pgRouting/workshop

... and the generated HTML is in the "gh-pages" branch.
