[pgrouting-dev] pgRouting 2.0 using OSX homebrew

Hi Alec, Stephen,

I confirmed that MacOSX MacPorts build successfully with current
"sew-devel-2_0" branch,
and all tests passed by "tools/test-runner.pl".
