[pgrouting-dev] GSoC 2022: Week 10 Report pgr_hawickCircuits

Hello everyone, my week 10 report:

* Work done this week? *
- improving pgtap test edge_cases
- improved the structure of circuit visitor
- output result correction

* Blocked on anything? *
- nothing major, got some errors in edge_cases, will be resolving them next
week and opening the final pr
