Hi all,

Wolf Bergenheim, the OSGeo Google SoC coordinator, ask me to the
OpenGeocoder and OpenRouter to the list of projects.

I already added OpenGeocoder based on the work we are doing with PAGC.
See http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Google_Summer_of_Code_2009_Ideas
and http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/OpenGeocoder_2009_SOC_Ideas

So the question is do we want to proposal some projects for Routing.

Some random project ideas:
1) Additional work on pgRouting
    a) better support for turn restrictions
    b) and explicator for driving directions
    c) other ideas
2) Start work on a new general purpose OpenSource Routing library that
could be more modular and reusable and could be used with or without a
databse?

Do we have people who would be willing to signup as mentors? I am
willing to be a mentor. There is a link(s) off of this page that discuss
being a mentor:

Thoughts?

-Steve
