[Portugal] GDAL/OGR 1.7.3 Released

At the core of many open source and commercial geospatial software,
there is GDAL/OGR. And it just got to version 1.7.3.

 From the OSGeo-Discuss announcement: "The GDAL/OGR team is pleased to
announce that GDAL/OGR 1.7.3 has been released. This is a bug fix
release on the GDAL/OGR 1.7 stable branch, and it contains over 50 bug
fixes. It does not include the substantial new features planned for
GDAL/OGR 1.8.0 in the coming weeks."
