[Portugal] please stop this madness: Microsoft Patents 1826 Choropleth Map Technique

Por muitas criticas que se faca aos servicos de patentes europeus, na
europa nao e' possivel de fazer este tipo de patentes, caso contrario um
espertinho podia patentear a roda.

Ha uns anos houve uma disputa na Australia, com uma companhia que
resolveu patentear o nome "Linux", mas depois os tribunais rejeitaram,
pessoalmente acho que "first to patent" em vez de "first to invent" e'
uma pessima politica que so favorece "patent trolls"
