Sim já experimentei em desktop com o QGIS 1.8.0 e funciona perfeitamente
(quer o projecto seja em Datum 73 quer em WGS84).
ArcGIS 10.0 porta-se bem também.
Exportei o projecto do QGIS usando o plugin mapserver export mas sem grandes
resultados até agora a nível da visualização no pmapper (a layer do wms só
aparece sob a forma dum pequeno retângulo preto no meio do mapa).
Pensei que pudesse ser à nível das definições das transformações que o
Mapserver utiliza.
Talvez no PROJ library...
