Olá Pedro,

Já viste se tens alguma mensagem de erro no ficheiro ms_error.txt?
Esse ficheiro dá muito jeito para identificar coisas que não funcionam...

Adicionei o texto dessa layer wms  que mandaste na minha aplicação e também
não a consegui visualizar... a mensagem de erro no ficheiro do debug
(ms_error.txt) era relativa ao extent da layer.
Tirei o tag EXTENT dessa layer e funcionou.
Vê se funciona também para ti.
