[Portugal] Something like lyr style file for QGIS

na versão 2.0 de QGIS os estilos de camadas PostGIS podem ser gravados
directamente no DB, com possibilidade de escolha de qual deve ser o
"padrão" e portanto automaticamente aplicado quando um utilizador
carrega a camada.
