[Portugal] QGIS SRC

Boa tarde,

Reparei hoje que na lista de SRC's do QGIS 2 existem o EPSG:102164
Lisboa_Hayford_Gauss_IGeoE e o EPSG:202165 Lisboa_Hayford_Gauss_IPCC que
penso que serão o http://spatialreference.org/ref/esri/102164/ e o
http://spatialreference.org/ref/esri/102165/. Alguém sabe algo sobre isto?
