[Portugal] OSGeo and UCGIS sign MoU to work on a cooperative research agenda for open source geospatial science

Dear colleague,

On behalf of Geo4All, i welcome the MoU between The Open Source Geospatial
Foundation and the University Consortium for Geographic Information Science
(UCGIS) to establish a collaborative relationship between the members of
the UCGIS and OSGeo communities. The goal of the MoU is to encourage the
development and distribution of open access educational resources, and work
on a cooperative research agenda for open source geospatial science.
