Nessa interpretação um instrumento é o mesmo que um satélite!?<div><br><div>Estou mais virado para: um conjunto de sensores, cada um medindo um determinado comprimento de onda, formam o instrumento (de instrumentação ou hardware), a bordo de um determinado satélite.<br>
<div><br></div><div>De alguns glossários que encontrei sobre 'remote sensing' o mais completo foi <a href="http://landsat.gsfc.nasa.gov/references/glossary.html">este</a> e mesmo assim não aparece uma definição para 'instrument', apenas para 'sensor'....</div>

Estive a perguntar a um colega meu que sabe mais do assunto e a resposta<br>
dele foi que MODIS de ser considerado um sensor que mede comprimentos de<br>
ondas e que esta instalado em duas plataformas (instrumentos) que sao os<br>
satelites Aqua e Terra.<br>

Na wikipedia en ingles praticamente temos instrumento==sensor e nao ha<br>
diferenca entre um e outro, isto e' incorrecto<br>

Poderas usar o seguinte<br>

"MODIS e' um sensor espectrometrico instalado nos satelites Aqua e Terra"<br>
<br>
Mais alguem tem uma opiniao ????<br>
