Olá Victor,<div><br></div><div>De facto para se fazerem análises sérias e derivação de cartas climatológicas fiáveis, a base deverá ser os tais 30 anos que referes.</div><div>Penso que embora estes dados não sirvam para isso, pelos menos servirão para a construção de alguns sites dedicados por exemplo ao turismo. Finalmente podes ter uma layer com estes dados em tempo quase real.</div>

<p>Via the <a href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/Opengeodata/~3/bVjEn5Mh_-4/weekly-osm-summary-47" target="_blank">OGD blog</a> I learned about the <a href="http://openweathermap.org/" target="_blank">recent launch of OpenWeatherMap.org</a>.</p>



<p>From <a href="http://openweathermap.org/wiki/About" target="_blank">their about</a>: <em>"OpenWeatherMap.org is a crowdsourcing project to collect information about the weather worldwide. Everybody owning a weather station is free to contribute and the results are licensed under Creative Commons By-Attribution Share-Alike 2.0"</em></p>



<p>They use OpenStreetMap as a basemap and have a <a href="http://openweathermap.org/blog/" target="_blank">blog</a> and a <a href="http://openweathermap.org/wiki/Main_Page" target="_blank">wiki</a> too. Weather is of course a topic we <a href="http://slashgeo.org/search/node/weather" target="_blank">mention regularly</a>.</p>
