[postgis-devel] GEOS Interfaces

True enough. However, one of the things I heard from several people at 
MUM was that our 0.X numbering scheme was hindering adoption 
psycologically with decision makers. We have been running large 
productions on PostGIS for years now, time to get to 1.0. :)
